The BLE staff has massive experience in setting up rooms to acquire the maximum effect on a show environment
while addressing other needs such as dancing or buffet or sit down dinners.
We work with you and your committee as well as the coordinator at the venue.
We provide the sound and lights for any size group, customizing it to fit any size room.

Fundraising support
The BLE staff will lend logistical support as well as answer
questions such as the most effective ways to sell tickets for the event, create press releases and PSAs.
We also will engineer auxiliary money making events that evening, such as 50/50 raffles and silent auctions.

Marketing and promo
The BLE staff will help you with all your promotional needs within your marketing budget.
Bucky will work with local radio stations in mutual production of spots as well as doing funny interviews with the jocks. In-house fliers are made up for your event,
which can be distributed throughout your community.
